Boiled Wool (GOTS)

- Animal friendly husbandry
- No mulesing
- Easy to clean and repair
- Water repellent, wind proof, very warm

Our boiled wool consists of 100% wool, which was produced under animal-friendly conditions according to the GOTS standard. The yarn is made by Suedwolle and is processed in Portugal. The material is washed and mechanically compressed, creating the homogeneous structure. With approx. 550gr/qm our material is almost twice as thick as from other well-known kids brands. Nevertheless, it is elastic and cuddly, repels water or rain and ensures a nice body climate.

We recommend letting the garment dry if it is dirty, shaking out the dirt, brushing it out and then airing it on a hanger. It is best to wash them in wool settings with a suitable detergent and never hang them on the radiator! Protect it from moths in the closet with a bag of lavender.

    Single Jersey

    - Organic Cotton: no pesticides, less water, fair prices
    - No fibre-blend means good for recycling

Our standard T-Shirt material with a weight of 190gr/qm is quite stable and robust. Nevertheless, the organic cotton is comfortable to wear even in summer and to a certain extent also protects against the sun’s radiation.

We recommend washing the garment inside out at 30° in the gentle/delicate cycle in the washing machine. Use detergent without optical brighteners and fabric softener and pull the garment into shape after washing. It's best to dry on the drying rack, tumble dryers or heating should be avoided to protect the fibers!

      Single Jersey Untreated

      - Organic Cotton: no pesticides, less water, fair prices
      - No fibre-blend means good for Recycling
      - No dying means less water consumption and hypoallergenic ability

The same material as our standard T-shirt material, only knitted from untreated cotton yarn. The material has no coloring or other treatment and comes in the original cotton ecru color. The knitted fabric is sanforized prior to assembly, pre-washed to prevent it from shrinking later on.

Our standard material for sweatshirts is made from 100% organic cotton and is brushed on the inside, giving it a soft and cozy touch. With a weight of 280gr/sqm, it's not too thick, but still sufficiently warm and cozy. The knitted fabric is sanforized prior to confection and pre-washed to prevent it from shrinking later on.

We recommend washing the garment inside out at 30° in the washing machine. Use a detergent without optical brighteners and fabric softener and pull it in shape after washing. It's best to dry on the drying rack, tumble dryers or heating should be avoided to protect the fibers!

This material, which is slightly lighter than our standard at 220gr/sqm, is not brushed on the inside and is therefore particularly suitable for warmer days. The structure feels cool on the skin, but still protects against sun and wind. This material is also made from 100% organic cotton and pre-washed.

We recommend washing the garment inside out at 30° in the washing machine. Use detergent without optical brighteners and fabric softener and pull the garment into shape after washing. It's best to dry on the drying rack, tumble dryers or heating should be avoided to protect the fibers!

            Recycled Wool

            - Made from post-consumer garments
            - Saves 97% of ressources in comparison to virgin material
            - Made in France

The material of this garment was made by our knitting supplier on flat knitting machines with yarns from Filatures du Parc (France). There, the yarns are recycled from old knitwear (post-consumer). For this reason it is composed of 70% wool, 25% polyamide and 5% other fibers. The fibers can be recycled in the same composition and have a 97% lower environmental impact than virgin material.

We recommend brushing and airing the garment if it is dirty. If it looks a little worse or the cuffs are leiling, you should wash the item in wool settings at 30° with a suitable detergent. Pull into shape after washing and ideally dry it flat, but NEVER hang it on the radiator! Protect them from moths in the closet with a bag of lavender.

                Left Over Fabrics

                - Rescued fabrics save ressources and avoid disposal
                - Limited stock

Sometimes we roam our suppliers' warehouse and look for rolls of fabric that are left over. This happens from time to time and mostly these materials are just waiting to be disposed. To prevent this waste of resources, we save these fabrics and make new things out of them. For this reason, the material may not have ecological certification AND is only available to a limited extent.
